Kristin E. Rients

As an Operations Manager specializing in growth and recruiting talented professionals, my mission is to attract and place individuals based on their expertise.  As such, Ascendancy Financial Group's partners, advisors and financial professionals come from a variety of backgrounds, possess many specialized skills and have the desire to help others grow and protect their financial futures.
 

As the Marketing & Digital Development Manager I am also highly creative and work to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for our firm across all lines of business by devising digital resources and campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate our clients.

An artist and writer by nature, my passion for all things creative and artistic began by studying locally at Brookdale Community College as well as Rutgers University in their Creative Writing programs.

From a wish to help others, I began my career working in healthcare and have worked as a Nursing Assistant at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, as well as volunteered as a companion for terminally ill patients during their overnight hours. 

I moved into healthcare finance, and from there worked as a financial analyst as well as a liaison for physicians to help in navigating government mandated audits and reviews.  I also began assisting local physicians in a more direct manner, by working to bring their practices to the digital platforms known and used today.

I have volunteered to help children on the autism spectrum by volunteering at equestrian centers, have volunteered overseas in medical clinics and orphanages for children in Uganda, Africa, and have helped raise awareness for the wonderful children I have met through national in-person, radio, television and digital campaigning, art gallery showcases, and fund-raising events such as baseball games, wine-tastings, restaurant-sponsored dinners, and vineyard and brewery festivals.

I am happy that my passion for creativity and the understanding I have gained into how directly our finances effect our lives, health and happiness have all now combined, and that today I am able to bring my creativity and experience to the forefront to help clients, family and friends live their lives with passion and confidence.

I still enjoy volunteering by helping with animal rescues, am currently attending Yoga Practitioner classes, and have been practicing Usui Tibetan Reiki at the Master level since 2008.
